What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	so I was playing and saw a newbie so I asked him to refer my code and he was like type that again so I spammed my refer code in pm and I get infraction for refering person

So I noticed that you were PMing random newbies in-game and was asking them to use your refer code. I then warned you in the main chat as you can see below :



However you continued to PM players asking them to use your refer code.






 
I have some other screenshots too but I won't bother posting them here. Anyway, my point is that you shouldn't ask a new player to use your refer code unless you actually invited them to the server as that would be abuse of a server feature. Your infraction points will be reduced to 0 which means a warning.
