Details		We([77]Lota and myself) just spawned at hospital when these idiots came again to kill us, and as the rule says, they did not give us time to prepare/ the time interval was lesser than 1 minute and thus its clear spawnkill. 2 of them are literally 100k+ score players and yet they dont understand such a simple rule.
