Revert the wanted level changes

mikecops were already too overpowered and this update made it almost impossible to play as a criminal for more than 10 mins.
What happens to a average mikerobber:

He tries to rob bank, assaults the vault guard and becomes a threat
4 cops in a sultan run straight into him and he gets totally destroyed
he gets jailed for 4 mins because he was most wanted for shooting 1 bullet
he gets out of jail and tries to take his weapons from the locker cus ammunation weapon costs are too high
he gets 2 star wanted level and again chased down by 4 cops in sultan
he tries to shoot, gets most wanted
he was killed and gets jailed for 4 mins again, and the cycle goes on

+1 . inflation is on all time high in the server and its too expensive to play on the server as a criminal , and the 2 star on taking there weapons back is just icing on the cake ... both the sides ( criminal and cops ) should be equally powered for fun .
