I keep crashing randomly

Since the new update I have been crashing at times. I crashed while selecting spawn in LS and I crashed when I spawned at Dillimore and was going to Blueberry. Before that I crashed in Easter Basin when I was driving a truck. Can anyone help me here?

does it happen in other servers? does it happen in offline? please answer these questions for narrowing the amount of fixes. Also is there a crash code that comes up?

so relatable but I keep crashing only when i alt tab, cant fix it for months already
