THEIR IG NAME:    xxzc1g
DATE: 7 JAN 2021
DETAILS: he reported me for killing him as nonthreat suspect. Not true. I was chasing him with my tazer in hands when his friend Outlaw.1337 came to rescue him, starting shooting at me, xxzc1g was also on the point of taking his weapons to shoot (he had 2 sawn off shotguns in his hand)

Well he out his weapons but he didn't shoot, you need to wait him to shoot so he will be threat and you can kill him.
