Rich Feedback Ticket Content Preview

Right now, all feedback ticket links get the same, uninformative preview. This does not serve community ideas any justice; no one will find out what's being linked until after they open it. # To be added - [ ] Suggestion title in the heading (is "MCNR - Feedback" now) - [ ] The beginning of the suggestion body, so people get a chance to grab the community's attention without it being too flashy - [ ] If any image is attached, use that instead of the MCNR logo as the thumbnail for the page (if multiple, submitter should be able to check a box next to the desired attachment when making/editing the ticket to make it the thumbnail)
