FBI skin should have a ability too.

Hello.I realized that the SWAT skin has a ability:
- Cops with the SWAT skin to longer have the chance of an instant headshot at any range (a helmet is used by this skin). It gives this skin an actual advantage over the normal cops.
And i think FBI skin should have a ability too.

Not easily possible. In the future FBI will be a separate class with abilities.
