many cops are newbie , most of them kill yellow , so we should have to kill them , sometimes ticket cost 5k money , we wait sometime maybe we can evade or pay later , instead of it they shoot us , so make system about when cops level 1 - 4 shoot yellow they got freezed for 2 seconds , it's fair enough to stop this shit , if you are level +5 you could be experienced and know cops rules

well after i see today new cops today i got mad a little , they shoot me while i was white and there was no admins to jail them , make it for white people / yellow people , and increase freeze , that they got frozen for 2 second

u can add that freeze message as it comes when u cbug.
"dont cbug!" in that case, "Don't kill white or yellow players!" in this case.
