Cops get awarded twice bug

It occurs for a suspect who gets taken down by a cop turns to quit/timeout at the same time he proceeds to transfer into jail, but in the end awards the cop twice for "leaving the server" as a bonus.

Replicate: Referring to what I said above, in short to make it easier to understand: Suspect leaves the server (quit/timeout) the same time he gets taken down by a cop.
