achievement bug

So i was going around the LV map after a bank robbery, saw a star on the Julius Thruway South, and went on it to lose a star. But after i lost a star I got an achievement saying (see attached photo).
I've bribed cops multiple times and i haven't got this achievement, just on that star, I'm pretty sure it's a bug.

EDIT - after testing with Clara, I've bribed her as a suspect and still the progress says  I've bribed only once (see image).

I'm not sure if it's meant to be like that, but it works only when you bribe at the yellow stars, around the map.
Will confirm if it's meant to be that way.

I have confirmed this bribing its counted only when you take or pass through a star  i was confused aboit the same thing tho.

The stat for ‘Wanted stars bribed’ only goes up when you use bribe stars. I’ll make it work for regular bribes too.
