If I read this correctly it is not the problem of the reward not being high enough but it is the lack of new treasure hunt locations to make it challenging for both new and experienced players on this server?
To be honest before reading this post I thought all locations were randomly generated.
You read wrong. He mentioned if you're spending time and effort to finding clues to the last position of the TH and someone else finds it, then you wasted that time, and you who put in the effort of trying to find these Treasures, don't get anything.
+1 on this the clues are not random generated and a veteran can only look at locations of places they normally are.
This is also the case for Moneybag too, but yeah either manually find a better place to put them, or give the players rewards for each clue they find, and a bigger one for the actual treasure
