Additional Requirement to become a cop

There are a lot of new players joining the server and many of them want to be a cop right away without knowing the General Rules or Cop Rules, and most of them seems to be trigger happy and shoot any crims with any wanted levels, jacking people's car and vandalizing vehicle without direct consequence.

So i'm suggesting that to be a cop you should need some small requirements like need to have some in game hours or minimum score or maybe even both.

That way they will have more time to experience the server as a civ and understand more about the RULES and Coprules instead of starting fresh as a cop and ruin other people's fun.

This is just something on my mind since the role of a cop is quite powerful in the server.

it isnt that hard to reach 25 tho i reach it in only 2 hours

i mean i've never been a cop before so it may be my mistake, but i've seen cops with so low scores DM'ing and stealing cars.

+1 This has been suggested a few times, but I agree that maybe a forced quiz that newbie cops must take, like rules and what to do in "X situation".
Failing any, and I repeat ANY of these questions will demote/remove them from cops until they get it right. You may say that failing only one question is a bit extreme, but if a cop gets something wrong, it shouldnt let that error affect his duty in anyway.
I think that this quiz should be aplied on the begining, and then a few hours of cop duty, just to check if they remenber the rules.

This is risky tbh. Better to add tutorial or something. Like mission thingy, but just private, but it is too hard i think to script it

Personally i don't think quiz is necessary, maybe in a form of multiple choice about coprules.

I don't want it to be too hard so it won't be too intimidating for new players to play in this server, i just want it to be a little bit longer not harder for someone to be a cop, so freshly new players that may have never played in other CNR server or new SAMP players in general have time to learn the game and ask around if there are some rules or coprules that they don't understand.

I don't know if it's a feature or not, maybe force a first time cop to read coprules as soon as they register as cops (just the first time they do, not everytime) by adding timer for them to close the rule page so they will actually read it and able to close it when the time is up.

I'm sorry if it's kind of demanding but i just want everyone to have fun by not getting griefed by cops since i saw alot of people in chat were frustrated by cops stealing cars and shooting them when they were innocent or only had 1 star, and i only suggest things that easy to implement but somewhat effective so i won't put lotta weight to the Dev(s).

24 hours is alot, imo.
6-12 hours would fit perfectly.

+1 thats will make game more organized because some of new players who want join cops team
will do that to get cop job

rather then that if i am a cop and shot unarmed suspect i get freezed for 5 seconds
