Title: Server runtime changes

Sometimes I change things that don't require a server restart and aren't part of a specific script update and therefore can't be included in changelogs very accurately. I will record these sort of changes in this topic.

I have disabled the following daily objective:

Quote

As a medic or firefighter, cure 3 players of diseases

This objective can be difficult or impossible and relies on other players having diseases which isn't common.

Added a diner/restaurant in Montgomery (opposite the betting shop).

Added Rustler/Seasparrow at Ocean Docks aircraft carrier. And some other army vehicles nearby.

Actually, I kinda forgot to mention the new Ocean Docks aircraft carrier at all in the past. Thanks to @GtaFreak for mapping this!

Seasparrow now has a chance to spawn at KACC military fuels helipad, not just cargobob.

Fixed missing GPS node connections in tunnel near SF airport, meaning GPS would never use the tunnel.

This fix will be applied next time the server restarts (I will not restart it just for this).

Personal vehicle spawn distance reduced from 50 to 30 meters.

The daily objective to kill a player with a bounty on their head has been disabled. It's rare to even see bounties these days now that MW are no longer classed as having a bounty on their head...

Also the 'Do 10 maid missions' objective has been reduced to just 5.

Daily objectives related to gambling have been disabled due to players being unable to do them if under 18 or if gambling was disabled by staff. Not sure if/when they will be reinstated.

The daily gambling allowance has been increased back to $250k from $100k. It was reduced with the reset, to encourage people to play/work to earn money instead of just winning loads through gambling.

GPS road path data has been tweaked around LS bank to allow a more direct route to be calculated, rather than looping around the block.

I have removed road data from driveways which will prevent personal vehicles spawning in some property driveways. These data points were used by R* to have people park in their driveways, but we have no use for them.
