FIXED
- Fixed players not dying and health constantly regenerating.
- Fixed players being able to purchase vehicles for free from dealerships by selecting to replace an existing personal vehicle in storage.
- Fixed personal vehicle locking (/lock). It actually locks the vehicle now.
- Fixed property safe ammo storage storing ammo for the incorrect slot from what was selected (e.g. if you stored 30 pistol ammo, it would actually store 30 SMG ammo).
- Medkits and medic self-heal (/heal) can now be used while downed.
