Title: add command /c or /cr (shortcut for /crimes)

It would be nice to add a shortcut command for crimes, since it would save a lot of time to check if a suspect is (un)armed.

$susgun $susveh already exists but doesn't really show if they are armed or not. A short quick-string command always helps a lot. +1 from me as well.
