Instead of maintaining order with patience, we have moderation driven by egos, zero patience, and a total lack of standard discipline. Rules are enforced strictly to shield their own feelings, while the Operations Team completely ignores genuine community feedback and turns a blind eye to administrative overreach.
When questioning a decision or pointing out a flaw gets you met with instant hostility rather than rational handling, the server loses the very players who keep it alive.
