Operations Team Changes

Hi everyone. After some discussion, we have collectively decided it is time for a reshuffle of the Operations Team.

Operations Manager
Please welcome @DabbingPitbull as the new Operations Manager. He will be taking on all the responsibility that Karbz had, including not limited to managing staff, staff recruitment, stratetic decision-making, and the final say on many issues such as rule changes or appeals.

@Karbz will be stepping down from his position as Operations Manager, but remaining as a sort of 'consultant' to the management and operations teams.
He will no longer be dealing with community members directly in any way. He will only be involved in internal discussions and decision-making. I have not decided if he will have an official title, but if he does, it will be Management Consultant or Operations Consultant.

I would like to thank Karbz for his massive contribution to MCNR, as the longest serving Operations Manager.

Community Manager
Please congratulate our new Community Manager, @NoobNoob. Welcome to the Operations Team!
He will be mostly involved with managing the Discord and Forum side of the community.
