Version 2.0.4

- Vehicle export prices are now halved and also capped at $100k.

- Fixed exporting "Tanker" vehicle getting you stuck on the blackboard.
- Fixed being able to export test drive vehicles (during or after the test drive).

And refund the money we lost at SF export site where server deleted our personal vehicles? I lost a Bullet and a NRG there.
