- Fixed vehicles being repaired after exiting a modshop for no charge.
- Fixed personal vehicles giving owner a wanted level for being 'stolen' after another player carjacked them.
- Fixed admins being unable to respond to name change requests.
- Fixed players seeing message on first spawn regarding pending name change requests.
This should only be shown to admins.
- Fixed double death registering when killing a player in water.
- Fixed headshot animation playing when shot in water rather than drowning animation.
- Fixed player weapon skill increase when shooting a dead body. Could be abused by shooting AFK players.
