Title: Player run own casinos.

Allow players to establish and run their own casinos, introducing a unique entertainment and economic element to the game and getting some percent of the amount lost in gambling by other players to the owner of casino.

Mike is going to add businesses to the game, but a casino per player? can it be? There are already 4 in the entire map. Maybe we can own them in future updates.
