Title: Add cellphones

Instead of having those pay phones that almost no one uses, add a cell phone that players can use to do everything a pay phone does, players would start using the cell phone mechanic more, the rewards for killing players would increase, and it would be Faster and more efficient Get the jobs.

If cellphones get implemented, then the pay phones would get pointless. I'm neutral to this suggestion.
