can you please change the medkit while down button to another key? when players are nearby, pressing Y opens the interaction menu

you can simply just use /mk or /medkit

You have to hold Y to open the Interaction Menu. Just tap it. Besides, it's not even an issue if the IM opens?

try it with a player near you it opens the interaction menu to rob send money/pm or wave to that player standing near you
