Title: Bribe Defunded without bribing a cop

In-game name: Asthma
Details: I just only was robbing a safes in interior after 4 minutes got bribed for decrease

So what happend i guess you were five stars at that moment and you passed by a bribe star and thats how you bribed the police
 1 star is 500$ each star adds +500$ to the total value so if you was 5 stars 5 x 500$ = 2500$

pickups being overwritten by something else, changing the functionality.
