Title: Keeping cop weapons

For some reason, sometimes when i quit the cop job i get to keep my cop weapons M4's, combat shotguns and, life time supply of pepper spray.

He means go off duty, this rarely happens and I tried to replicate but failed,
I recommend to make a revision on the classes LOADOUT script

it happens indeed but quite rarely, i'll try to replicate it
