Title: Cops and criminals relations

Since the police gameplay currently supposes hour long pursuits and unexpected rains of bullets from nowhere, I figured out following relations principles which I would like to suggest to the police duty guidelines:

• (change clause 2 of cop rules) Do not attack felon (orange) or most wanted (red) suspects unless they pose an immediate threat to life or are trying to avoid detention being recently ordered to surrender;
• (remove clause 3 of cop rules).

and the server rules (from criminals perspective):

• Do not attack cops unless they're pursuing you for your further detention or are using force on you.

Also, I might be mistaken, but from my observations I've found out that there isn't any single appearance of a reference to /coprules.

Your opinion would be appreciated.

Okay I don't agree with the first suggestion. Cops shouldn't shoot someone just because they are running away.

I agree that there should be a rule to not attack cops unless they are pursuing you. I'll add this.

I agree that /coprules needs more prominence.
