if we add this feature, thats mean we are like copying from crazybobs again..because when they on birthday, they got some money from others players (like donation of their accounts)

How so? You would set your birthday once and not be able to change it.

The only way I can think of this being abused is if someone multi-accounts and gives the cash to their other account. Perhaps instead of cash they receive a free vehicle or something?

As you said, multiaccounting. If we give them cash, they can change their IP adresses with VPNs and they can set their birth day to the next day they made their account. They can repeat this process over and over again, without anyone realizing it. Like, they can wait for some amount of time when they are transacting the money they got.

Instead of giving cash or vehicles that can be easily transferred, give "happy hour". Double XP for 1 hour.

No maybe it can be scripted like this if your account is 1 year old you will get the birthday present. So every year accorading to the account registration date you will recieve the gift. And as Mike said instead of cash it can be a free vehicle. Those things can help avoid multiaccounting and abusing the system.

Just add 1 hour of double xp the the account that is having a birthday, this won't benefit people that multi-account, and would make their birthday even more special inside the server.
