Title: Being Able To Bribe Cops From PayPhones

I’d like to suggest that players should be able to bribe cops from PayPhones.


HOW TO USE IT?
You can use this feature by getting close to a payphone,pressing the key Y and selecting the option “Bribe Cops”.You can’t use it while there are cops near you.And you do have a risk of getting denied which will raise your wanted level.

PRICES
Prices are as same as the normal bribery price.

PROS
-Makes bribing system better.
-People can bribe cops without worrying about getting captured,or getting tricked by cops.


CONS
-Decreases the percentage of the bribes paid to the persons.
-It may affect the CNR atmosphere


I’d like to leave this to the Mr Mike’s choice.
This information may change depending on the choices.

I like the idea, but I fear it would be too easy to get away from the cops if all you have to do is drive away and find a payphone.. idk. Might make it cost a lot. But then people won't use it.

Its in GTA:O too.Clara just ave an example,my idea is calling a corrupt cop NPC to remove your stars while there are no cops near you.

If I add this:

- Only removes one star.
- Expensive. Maybe $3k.
- Cooldown 30 minutes.
- Cops cannot be nearby.
- Takes 30 seconds to take effect. Must avoid cops for this time.
