- Fixed players being taken out of passenger drive-by if shot.
- Dwayne Island Bait Shop is no longer selected for the Securicar mission, as you can't get to it!

This update has been rolled back due to an issue which will be resolved in 1.13.3. The current version on the server is 1.13.1 (https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,9219.msg44090.html#msg44090).
