Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?I am allowed to start shooting/kill a person if he attacks me somehow.
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?x4x kicked me with his foot and thrown me outta his vehicle.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?

Any more information to provide?

You got the worst logic ever, to be honest. Also, in the whole "process", you were not damaged in any way.

By that logic you shouldn't be able to help your friend when he fights with someone cause you were not damaged in any way  :-X
Will give you one more simple example: You shouldn't be able to kill anyone if he piss on you, just because you didn't get damaged in any way :)

If a person tries or take you out of your car you can kill him

Carjacking isn't an attack nor it causes any damage to you, he jacked you from his personal vehicle, If it was yours and he jacked you, you could kill but that's definitely the opposite, Denied.
