- What happened? Please give as many details as you can. Even if you think it's irrelevant it might be just the piece of information we need to pin point the issue.Well,someone stole my NRG,I got it back and I couldn’t lock/unlock it to prevent others from stealing.
- Where were you?In front of the ammunition at the Strip(North)
- What were you doing?I was getting in my nrg
- Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?No.

Is it still happening when you respawn your bike?

Yes happened to my personal vehicle too. A player enters as driver and after he get out i can't lock/unlock. The only way to fix is to respawn the vehicle.

Is it definitely an owned vehicle? Do you have to hotwire it?

Yes.I tried it on my other vehicles too.(Picador,Sentinel,Infernus)

This does still happen, once someone hops in the driver's seat of my player-owned vehicle, I can no longer use it as if it's mine.
My suggestion: When player locks the vehicle don't allow anyone to get inside by breaking in or make it take about 15-20 seconds to break into a locked vehicle (Only if player is not near?).

The bug is most obvious as a cop or EMS because you get a "vehicle requisition successful" (something along those lines) message after a civilian tries to hot wire your personal vehicle. As a cop, you also get a prompt to take your personal vehicle to the impounded if again a civilian tries to hot wire your vehicle.
