One person was trying to hurt me
I have no right to kill and take revenge
He attacked me a few times and at times wanted to steal my money.
His goal is to reduce my ammunition
And sometimes he threw me into the sea.
While I'm a firefighter or a doctor

lol that's happen to r3kt and me but i was the doctor and i attacked the deathmatcher at that moment because he killed r3kt but not that reason the other reason that was trying to kill me so all i did and admins are offline was killing him as a doctor and he was most wanted when he killed r3kt

In some cases if you damage yourself abit, or have a health that is almost full most likely a medic or firefighter will not be able to offer services to heal you to prevent (boosting ranks by self-damaging). However, pictures clearly show that you are harming him whether you did it by hand or a weapon, damaging him for no reason is considered RDM. You will be punished for it.
I will be waiting 24 hours to see if any of the others reported got reply on this report on special cases of why they were killing/attacking the medics or firefighters. If not, they will be punished as-well.

First it was possible to heal me because it was big damage but he say no to me
Secondly, the existing pictures show that the damage rate is small and that it is caused by a car collision with him

The pictures don't show any 'big damage' and him saying no to healing you. Also, it's pretty normal to reject offering services to someone who have been RDMing him.
