Title: Car without driver will kick aiming players ONLY if they shoot.

players aiming in the passenger seat without driver will only be ejected if they shoot, to prevent all passengers from being ejected when the driver exits the car. Its annoying and can get you killed in a fight, simple as that, you can aim in a car without driver but if you shoot you will be ejected.
