Various fixes and improvements to enhance gameplay.

CHANGES
- Increased payout for various missions.
- Anti-cheat now requires 5 cheat detections in a minute to react.
- Added a setting to disable pause notifications (e.g. 'Mike is now paused').

FIXES
- Fixed player location string sometimes being blank e.g. 'Mike needs a prostitute in   ' when interiors.
- Fixed Valet mission NPC not playing the 'walking' part.
- Fixed issue with property entry falling down.
- Fixed issue with players being stuck on a black screen after entering the bank.
- Fixed issue with laggy players being able to enter/exit an interior twice if the teleport was delayed.
- Strip club stripper tipping no longer available while word is in 'scared' status.
- Score now awarded for ATM robbery.
- Tickets can now be issues to suspects that are in vehicles.
- Fixed issue where if a player enters a Caddy vehicle the game gives them a Golf club and the anti-cheat removes it. Players can now keep this golf club.

Nice work Mike, glad to see lots of bug fixes, it really improves the gameplay!
