it looks like that you took the bag and went to exit bank and he saw you with the bag and you just made him chase you down to the vault, basically he can't risk entering the vault if he did not witness the exact time when the vault opened as it can lock him inside and get him jailed, In the future if you report someone for RDM or cophunt you need a longer video.

This is super weak evidence, you don't expect me to tell you aimbot or not while you were getting 4v2'd, your friend's death was very normal, taxi shows the head of the driver and he was very close, Denied.
