when i open my samp, this error occurs
and btw i installed a new clean gta game, the problem is still there

Redistributables should never be downloaded from any site other than Microsoft.com.

Right click on Computer after that click on properties.
Click on ''Advanced System Settings'' and System Properties will appear.
Click on "Advanced" after that "Settings" , Performance Option will appear.
Click on "Data Execution Prevention" and Turn on the "Turn on DEP for all Programs.
Click on add and add your gta_sa.exe and samp. At last "Apply".
Restart your computer.
If you need a tutorial, then I can provide it by myself.
Did you try all of the solves? But nothing solves? For these runtime error's last solution is only creating another new account in your PC.

the only thing that solved it was "samp addon" but that needs samp r2 or it will crash and the problem is MCNR needss samp 0.3.7 r3 or r4 and i cant connect to mcnr :c

Bro, what was the last mod you installed? Try deleting that or every. If not works, do the last thing, create a new account.

Stop misguiding everyone else, Multi-Account is strictly prohibited in MCNR.

Ok as far as I know from my laptop...
1. Goto Change PC settings.
2. Accounts> Other accounts> Add an account.
3. Type the account's name in the user name.
4. Type the password [new]. Verify the password by typing the new one. Give a password hint like "idk"
5. After this, a question will be asked but it's your choice tick that or not. Then click "Finish"
1. Open the new account
2. Install SA
3. Try opening...
Then tell me if it worked...

Now I see what you are talking about the "create a new account", still it's under the same operating system and that wouldn't help neither.

i guess i gotta say goodbye to mcnr cuz it needs r4 and i have r2 cuz of samp addon ;-;
