I think it's time to reconsider. With the recent increase in house prices, introducing new properties to the market could help combat inflation.

One extra idea on that one is the addition of Renting or leasing the houses to players but at considerable cost, for instance; you owning a 6 to 8 rooms could give you 15k or more on rent.
