Title: Ability to add more attachment on personal vehicles

the title of this title speaks for itself. Hopefully, it will be implemented. as for the vehicle side, my suggestion is to add attachments such as spoilers to personal vehicles. imagine Bullet with spoiler or other attachments

+1, idk how this would be implemented tho since for example bullet doesnt have a spoiler option in SA
