I remember when I first started playing samp, my game would run at acceptable fps (60 and higher ) as my laptop isn't a very good or gaming laptop but it's not that much bad , when I returned to samp and started playing it ( note that I have cleo ) fps started dropping insanely ( could reach 12 fps in some certain situations) I have frame limiter off and I tried using fps mods to reduce the stress but fps still the same ( note that I play other more performance demanding games and fps don't drop that much)
