Title: Add a spawn in Easter Basin Ship for cop

I make this suggestion for those police officers who want to spawn in Easter Basin ship, to be able to easily get there and without having to make a trip from Las Venturas to San Fierro (for example). So with this possibility of spawning in Easter Basin ship it would make it much easier for fans of the Rustler or the Sea Sparrow.

-1 No, too overpowered. I know you want to hop on those planes that shoot faster when you spawn. Hate those little cluckers.

If seasparrow gets removed, I agree.
