Hello everyone,
I just started using my other pc for gaming which is much better than the one I used before and as expected it gives a great experience while playing (higher FPS and higher resolutions available) but this happens just for the single player. I get a constant 90+ FPS on single player with highest graphic settings. But when it comes to SAMP idk what happens and my FPS just keeps swinging from 90+ to suddenly 20 even on lowest graphics settings. And my game just freezes for some seconds for no reason which becomes really annoying specially when I am driving.
I even installed a fresh copy of the game from (deleted by staff) with absolutely no mods. Still I am having this issue and it is irrespective of the place I am at, number of players, vehicles or objects near me or my skin, vehicle or weapon. It's just random and happens quite often.
So if someone could help me out with this it would be a really great help.

Intel Core i5 7th Gen 3.2Ghz dual core processor
Intel HD 620 2GB Integrated Graphics
1TB storage (idk what's that HDD brand cus it's a laptop)
Laptop Model : Lenovo ideapad 320s

I mentioned it because I think that may also cause those FPS drops. But I am not so sure with it because I experience a smooth gameplay in single player on the same.
