Title: Gas Station - 'Lose the cops'

Everytime i'm wanted (starting from level 1) I cannot repair my vehicle because i get the 'Lose the cops' warning. But it works on Pay 'n' Spray.

Going on PnS the vehicle gets repaired but after so it says 'Lose the cops', so there's something strange.

My suggestion is: Either you disable vehicle repair in PnS too (according to Gas Station) or enable the vehicle repair at gas station just like PnS.

Or the vehicle repair should be disabled if you're a warrant (so starting from orange), both in gas station and pns.

This restriction will be lifted, and only applied to plate change.
