Hello guys,
I don't know if I will be able to deliver the message but I'll do my best.
What I mean with dependency is to give every faction its own unique rule in the server, and for example I will start with the medic, the medic job is literally nothing beside curing STD for some whores, it just worth nothing. This can be fixed by making more dependency between medics and other players. For example, when a player get killed, the killer should not be able to finish him, instead the injured person himself should have this option where to w8 for medic or accept death with some penalties on accepting death to encourage calling medics. For that reason, you rarely see medics in the server because they would be doing nothing while they can have an important role. Like the relationship between cop and robber will guarantee that will there always be cops and robbers, but it's not the same for medics.
Also about jobs, it's kind of boring to keep waiting 30 minute or more per job. Ye, there are different missions to do, but still ppl tend to like some while other tend to another, but keep going all around for all missions, which may seem cool but still not the best and a little bit discouraging.
Fixing little things like this will increase tremendously the fun and will also widen the playerbase by giving many varieties which actually "worth it".
