Hey there, so I was thinking about something really boring which is, spawning a vehicle, and found this one broken (under 345 hp)
This thing is pretty annoying because, if you are chasing a suspect for example, and after the vehicle spawning this car is below 345 hp, the suspect will have the advantage to escape(without calculating the spawning time)
My suggestion is: -Add car's health in order to know if it's worth spawning it or not

Supporting this suggestion, it will be good not just for the cops, but any player on a hurry too.

I’m not opposed to this. Would save me from calling a broken car when I’m mid chase.

Fully support this. Pretty annoying when you've waited for a period of time and when the car arrives, you can't even drive it, +1.

I’m planning to get this in the next update already. It will be a traffic light system.
Green = 100%
Yellow = Light damage
Orange = Badly damaged
Red = Fucked
