Title: /crimes giving improper crime information & location.

As shown in video, when I go to check my /crimes information, it shows Mike's crimes and the GPS location always defaults to Fort Carson.
Shouldn't be hard to replicate.

Issue	inproper info displayed in /crimes
Description	when using /crimes and selecting a crime (civilian) we are shown that 'Mike' commited the offence and defaults to fort carson (LV) for the location.
