Title: Tires Are UNREPAIRABLE

I tried to fix my broken tire 3 times, but it remained shot. It's constant. Also, idk why, but my game crashed 3 times during my 1.5-hour playing session when I was driving my car in various SF locations. It was the first I played after the newest update. Would be nice if you fixed this or revoked the update.

Also, I ended up in jail after I got crashed 2 out of 3 times. It said "you're BACK in jail..." but I was driving my car and was wanted and cops were nearby.

@Hank_Montgomery  How do you repair them? Tire Fix Kit, Paint n Spray, Gas Station, Mechanic Services?

Also do you have any video of it as it would be better.

I figured out why. When I crouch to repair them and if I scroll weapons with MMB while repairing a tire, the character stands up and the bar is still filling. Once it's filled, the tire remains broken.
