Title: $cop in whisper doesn't show properly

as the title, if I type /w $cop, it will say the ID of the cop only, i.e

/w $cop <transmits into 10/15 whatever the id of the cop is, doesn't show the name of the cop>

but if I type $cop in public chat, it'll show properly, i.e

$cop <Parzival (60)>

Also when you type /loc $cop, sometimes it shows dead cops who are not even the nearest to you
