This is the first time I make a graphical mod for GTA SA by myself.
I simply replaced the police cars decal with the GTA 5 LSPD cars decal, because in my opinion it looks much better than the "LSPD" text.

Important notice: this mod applies to vehicle.txd, a file which is normally non-moddable in SA-MP because of a bug-fix made back in SA-MP version 0.3b.
To enable the modding of that file, you need to install the "Anti-TXD hack", which I won't provide it because it includes an exe file; Google for it.
Downloading and Installing
First install the Anti-TXD hack, then download my modded VEHTXD2.txd file here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QnhhjQGSiRjsp1Sw_oLJHXo9amrnk-eN/view?usp=sharing). To install it, put the file in [...]\GTA San Andreas\models\generic.
Edit: after fixing the dirt and the wrong placement of the decal, this is how it looks:

bruh, you can even add dirty particles using the TXD workshop, Photoshop, and the Alci/Spark IMG editor.
