Title: Chat/Command is no longer blocked Bugg

Explanation: Here what happen after i login around GMT+8 11:47am, i tried to chat but then Your chat and commands..... always appear whenever i want to chat or open command

Yeah it seems like, after you send a chat it appears after 5 secs later. Confirmed bug, thanks for reporting!
