Title: Jail time serving with no stars(innocent)

I had this bug happening before dont know why  but this time i think i got the problem.First time took like 3 mins when it happend and i noticed that im in jail without stars after  i tried to replicate that took 4 mins  got it on 2 videos and i decided to go for 1 whole video of the bug but this time it took way less. Explanation of the bug so it happens when  you are cuffed for 2nd time and somebody(cop) accept your bribe but the message follow officer blblabla still stays after moments i end up in jail with 1:30 on the timer and 0$ bail  so i lost my weapons and was delivered to jail without any stars.
Btw Tayler is helping me thats why i punched him dont give me infractions for that please . TY

Issue	getting jailed after getting cuffed (stronger ones) and bribing a cop
Description	when you're being cuffed in stronger cuffs, bribe the cop between it and if he accepts, the textdraw saying you are being cuffed will stay and when you drive away, like minimum 3 max 20 minutes later, you will be jailed automatically. investigated the bug and its valid indeed.

Fixed next update. Cuffing should get cancelled.
