Title: Can't Fix Tires At A Gas Station

Sometimes this bug exists, sometimes it hides and you can fix them. @denim

@denim look at the tire health in the chat. All my tires should have 30 pt of health while all of them have 5 points, and notice that the "Repair vehicle engine and bodywork" is greyed out on 0:24. It actually should be white because my tires health is depleted, so I could buy it

Man i don't think so it's a Bug, Tires are only supposed to be repairable Once they're popped. Either of em gets popped will get others fixed too When repairing the pop tire from Pay'n Spray or any gas station.

Because you already have them bruh.
Why don't you just repair the vehicle?
You have both the option in a window to repair to buy the tired again. If it's popped you can repair the vehicle including tires and body kit.

Why do you have to buy it again? Just to repair it? When you have the repairing option available in the same video from where you have bought Bullet resistance tire.
